During the past year, Waiora has been a part of the Museum’s Visitor Services team, becoming very familiar with all the taonga on display. The feedback received from classes and groups is already fantastic. She is looking forward to sharing her knowledge and understanding further with tamariki and rangatahi.
Waiora will be working alongside Lisa Reweti to deliver education programmes to ākonga of all ages, with a key focus on mātauranga Māori and bilingual programme delivery.
